  • Two tablespoons of cream cheese
  • One tablespoon of white wine
  • egg wash
  • and extra virgin olive oil spray

  • Roll out your pie crust or puff pastry to fit over your ramekins and spritz with extra virgin olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Season the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket with salt, pepper, and parsley. Air fried for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius/360 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • When the air fryer dings, dice the chicken thighs and place them in a mixing dish with leftover vegetables, cream cheese, wine, and milk. Stir. Then add the frozen peas and toss once more.

  • Fill your ramekins halfway with chicken pot pie filling. Then wrap in your pastry. Press the puff pastry cover down. Snip the top of the pie with scissors to enable it to breathe during baking.
  • After that, brush with egg wash.
  • Place your ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 17 minutes at 180°C/360°F, or until golden and steaming hot in the middle.
