It’s pretty remarkable to toss a hunk of cheese on the grill or in the air fryer and not have it melt into nothingness.

The words ‘non-melting’ is the most significant aspect of that description. That means you can prepare Paneer in various (wonderful) ways. Paneer tikka masala, grilled Paneer, or Paneer makhani, for example. Paneer is also one of the most straightforward cheeses to produce at home.

  • 14 oz paneer
  • 1 tablespoon masala spice blend
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

How To Make Air Chili Paneer in an Air Fryer

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Make wooden skewers that are tiny enough to fit in your air fryer.
  • Put the paneer cubes on skewers. 
  • Drizzle with the oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 6 minutes, or until the Paneer is warm on the inside and crispy on the
  • exterior.
