Although some have complained that it gets a touch hot on the exterior, it still has a very high rating as of October 2022.

Runner-up Medium Size Sublimation Convection Oven

If you want to make one or two mugs or tumblers at a time, the Nuwave Bravo XL Convection oven will work nicely as a medium size sublimation oven. This is a runner-up because, although having a lot of capability, the control panel takes some time to understand.

It contains a little too much of what is required for sublimation. However, it is still a good convection oven for sublimation and should be considered. (A friendly reminder to never cook food in a sublimation oven.)

Can you use a convection oven for sublimation printing?

Yes. However, regular convection ovens may be used for sublimation printing as long as they are exclusively used for that purpose! The convection oven you use to sublimate may be one you already have at home, but you cannot use it for food after this operation.

Is it possible to use an air fryer for sublimation printing?

Yes. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees F. Print your design on sublimation paper using sublimation ink. Make sure that high speed is turned off so that it prints slowly. Let it be a few minutes after printing to ensure it is dry.
