Although many people find it difficult to believe they can make delicious pizzas on a griddle, it is both doable and practical.

A griddle, as opposed to an oven, cooks pizza differently. Step-by-step directions for preparing Blackstone griddle pizza are supplied. You may change them to suit your preferences and improve the pizza.
Pizza prep and essentials on a Blackstone griddle
First, gather all of the pizza ingredients. You will require the following equipment:

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour before making the pizza.
Note: You may also use premade pizza crusts rather than creating your own dough.
Step 2: Cook Meat and Veggies on the Large Area of the Blackstone Griddle
Cook your meat or chicken on one side of the griddle’s cooking surface and your vegetables on the other. That is the advantage of utilizing a Griddle. On its huge cooktop, you can conduct all aspects of pizza preparation at the same time.
Please sauté your vegetables on your Blackstone griddle top so that they are not left uncorked on the pizza top. When they are finished, take them off the top and place them in a dish.

If the cheese is melted and the crust is golden after 7 minutes, remove it; otherwise, leave it for another 5 minutes.
Check the temperature of the top and sides of the pizza dough with an infrared thermometer. Heat is frequently distributed more evenly around the grate in open regions than in the thicker middle.
If required, use an infrared thermometer to adjust the griddle temperature on the stove.
Please do not rush to remove your pizza after it has finished cooking; you may destroy it. Allow a few minutes for the Griddle surface to cool somewhat.
Using a sturdy spatula, carefully remove the pizza and place it on a cutting board. Now, slice it up and sprinkle it with fresh parmesan cheese. Finally, plate the griddle pizza and serve.
