  • 6 large Chicken Lollipops
  • 14 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot red chili powder, and 1 teaspoon additional for a hotter version
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili powder to provide color
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon plain yogurt 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons oil

Ingredients Optional

  • 1 teaspoon brushing oil
  • 1 tsp orange food coloring
  • 1 tsp MSG

How to make Air Fryer Chicken Lollipops

  • To dry, pat the chicken lollipop with a paper towel.

  • Place them in a dish or on a platter. Combine the turmeric powder, red chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt, yogurt, lemon juice, and oil in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix well and coat the chicken pieces with the masala.

  • Allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors. A few hours or overnight is preferable.
  • For 5 minutes, preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
