Jamaican Style Air Fryer Jerk Chicken

  • 6 chicken thighs (skin on, bone-in)
  • ¼ cup jerk BBQ sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • ¼ cup jerk chicken marinade

How to you make jerk chicken in an air fryer

  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  • Mix the chicken thighs, oil, chili flakes, garlic, salt, and onion powder in a large
  • mixing basin.
  • Mix in the jerk marinade one more.
  • In the air fryer basket, place the prepared chicken. 
  • Cook for 17 minutes at 360°F, turning halfway after 9 minutes.
  • Keep the chicken in the air fryer basket after 17 minutes and brush it with jerk BBQ sauce.
  • Return the chicken to the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • It is ready to serve after 5 minutes.
