- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 kg lamb ribs
- 2 tablespoons Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic puree
- 1 tablespoon Chinese seasoning (we use this one)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lamb stock

- In a mixing dish, combine all of the marinade ingredients for lamb ribs. If it’s too watery, add some more honey and barbeque sauce.
- Place the lamb ribs in the marinade and toss with your hands to coat. If you have time, marinate the lamb ribs in the fridge overnight.
- Place the lamb ribs on the second to the top rack of your air fryer oven.
- Set the timer for 25 minutes and the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius/360 degrees Fahrenheit.
- When it beeps, your lamb ribs are done. Serve with additional marinade.
