We have heard of rocky road and cheesecake, but they are rarely heard together.
It’s as easy as fluffy marshmallows, crunchy almonds, and biscuit bits wrapped in molten chocolate.
This simple rocky road recipe is wonderful fun to prepare with the whole family, and the best part is that you can personalize your cake by combining the ingredients with your favourite candies and cookies.
But it’s so wonderful. It’s the most difficult of the three recipes, but it’s well worth it.
Beef Wellington is a decadent steak with an OUTSTANDING presentation.
A pastry shell encasing a thick, succulent beef tenderloin, distinctive duxelles, and prosciutto is pure joy.
In the mid-to-late 1900s, the festive meal became a luxury dish for dinner parties and holidays. Traditionally, the meal consists of beef wrapped in puff pastry and cooked in the oven, surrounded by pâté, mushrooms, and some sort of ham.
If you’ve decided to prepare Beef Wellington for a dinner party or holiday meal, you’re in for a treat.
Wellington has a bad reputation, but it’s worth preparing at home (and it’s easier than you think) for a special occasion.
Oven baked Chicken Parmesan is simple to prepare and well worth the time! Look no further if you prefer a crispy crumb covering than a mushy crumb! The greatest you’ve ever made!
Chicken Parmesan (also known as Chicken Parmigiana) is one of the world’s most appreciated, popular, and demanded chicken recipes. However, chicken frequently turns out overly dry or lacking in flavor or spice. The sauce is bland, or cheddar cheese is substituted for mozzarella, and so forth.
The Best Chicken Parmesan with a crunchy breadcrumb covering, coated in a creamy homemade sauce and melting mozzarella cheese.
Fettuccine Alfredo, also known as fettuccine al burro, is an Italian pasta dish that consists of fresh fettuccine tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese. As the cheese melts, it emulsifies the liquids, resulting in a silky, creamy cheese sauce that coats the pasta.
You must have some recipes in your recipe box, and one of them has to be a fantastic Fettuccine alfredo dish. Almost every youngster in the neighborhood loves alfredo sauce!
You will never buy premade alfredo sauce again since it is so simple to make!
Simple roast turkey, similar to what Grandma used to cook. The flavors of the turkey show out when it is seasoned with salt and pepper and basted with turkey stock. Stuff with your preferred dressing.
Nothing says “Thanksgiving” like a roast turkey worthy of a Norman Rockwell masterpiece. Believe it or not, the Christmas feast of your dreams is within reach – learn how to roast a turkey with this simple recipe.
When it comes to weekday dinners, this ultra-easy salmon dish is a winner! We adore simple main courses. This is one of my Dinner dishes that you should include in your recipe rotation.
This quick and easy salmon dish is perfect for midweek dinners! We adore simple main courses.
We all know how healthy salmon is… I’m delighted I can get the advantages of foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and vitamins. And now you can, too. You won’t believe how much flavour such a basic dish can contain. Each mouthful bursts with sweet and savoury tastes as well as subtle textures.
This pork chop meal is simple and wonderful with sautéed apples and a hard cider pan sauce. This dish is ideal for a fall meal.
Pork is an excellent meat for mixing with fruits, particularly apples. Add a nice pan sauce made with hard apple cider for even more apple flavor to the mix, and you have a wonderful, quick Fall supper.
Grab a couple apples and a can of hard cider once you’ve selected the ideal pork chops, and you’re ready to start. The apples are simply cooked in the pan before being transferred to a platter.
Brown the chops before finishing them in a moderate oven. Set the chops aside on a dish to rest while you create a fast pan sauce. Reassemble everything to serve.
The magic of Bisquick allows you to make this soft, toasty, buttery Bisquick cornbread recipe in only 5 minutes.
Nothing beats warm, slightly sweet, and delightfully soft and moist cornbread as a side dish. And when it comes to traditional comfort foods like cornbread, nothing beats handmade and served hot from the oven.
That’s why I’m sharing this surprisingly simple cornbread recipe with you. It’s soft and buttery on the inside, with a crisp exterior that will reintroduce you to cornbread.
For a good reason, prime rib takes center stage during the Christmas season. It reigns first among beef cuts. A bone-in prime rib roast is also known as a standing rib roast because it is cooked by standing on its rib bones in a roasting pan.
A complete rack of prime beef is 7 ribs, enough to serve 14 to 16 people (or more!). Because a complete rack of ribs would not fit in my oven, I divide the roast in half (3 ribs on one roast and 4 ribs on the other) and cook them in different ovens.
Regarding predicting how large a roast you’ll need, butchers I’ve spoken with recommend anticipating 2 people per rib. That’s a LOT of meat, in my opinion.
For the roasts we receive, and considering that we are offering a lot of food in addition to the roast, 3 persons per rib is adequate. Aim for 2 people per rib if you want to be generous and have lots of leftovers.
The gnocchi are soft and fluffy, like small ricotta pillows. You may serve ricotta gnocchi with either a simple browned butter sauce or a tomato sauce.
Gnocchi with pillowy softness is a piece of beauty. And, while we can buy fantastic store-bought gnocchi nowadays, there’s something special about cooking it at home.
Ricotta gnocchi may be made by anybody, including inexperienced cooks. Potato gnocchi, on the other hand, is a recipe for experienced cooks, needing a deft hand, a light touch, and a good feel for the dough.
This Cracker Barrel Meatloaf is constructed with ground beef, onions, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, Ritz crackers, and a sweet and savoury glaze.
Cracker Barrel does everything right here. They employ lean ground beef, sautéed veggies, buttery Ritz crackers, sharp cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, savoury ketchup and brown sugar sauce.
In addition, a few cooking tips will ensure that your meatloaf is soft and moist. We’ll unveil those in a moment.
This healthy Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese dish is created with loads of good-for-you squash, takes just 30 minutes to prepare, and is SO warm, creamy, and delicious.
I’ve been fiddling with this recipe for a month, and I’ve finally nailed it. First and foremost, I’m pleased to announce that a whole pound of butternut squash is hidden within this dish, with its delicate nutty sweetness that wonderfully complements the remainder of the savory, creamy sauce.
That being said, we liked it served simply with a side salad and some roasted broccoli. The butternut squash cheese sauce is decadent and cozy. (This is also an excellent way to use any leftover butternut squash, whether raw, canned, or roasted!) If you have some mac-and-cheese-loving kids in the home, this dish would also be a terrific way to sneak some extra squash onto their plates.
Pull Apart from Meatball Sliders are a tasty way to serve meatball subs to a large group! Load garlic bread slider buns with cheese and meatballs for the ideal nibble.
I used to love meatball subs as a kid. They’re saucy, cheesy, and fill you up! The one thing I don’t enjoy about get-togethers, movie nights, holiday parties, and game day festivities is how dirty they can get.
Pull-apart meatball sub-sliders arrive. Imagine all of the delicious tastes of a classic meatball sandwich in the shape of a 2-3 bite tiny slider… What a blast! There’s no reason to be concerned about sloppy replacements. These are ideal as finger foods for your next get-together or as a family supper.
Christmas is the ideal opportunity to devote some time and love to producing something truly magnificent. This Boxing Day delicacy will not disappoint – with its flaky crust, flavour-packed filling, and spicy cranberry topping, this spin on a festive classic is difficult to surpass. Plus, there will be no leftovers – a double plus.
