Pizza fondue Recipe

This pizza fondue dish will undoubtedly delight a gathering; it is so inexpensive that we may offer vegetables or meats of our choosing. Make the pizza sauce and serve it with grilled or pan-fried vegetables and meats.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil, or as needed
  • 1-2 onions, finely minced
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans of pizza sauce
  • 10 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, or more if desired
  • 4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese or more to taste

Directions

Step:1

Heat olive oil and saute onion in a skillet over medium heat until soft and translucent, about 4 to 6 minutes.

Step: 2

Cook and stir beef in a large pot over medium heat until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.

Step 3

In the same pot, combine beef, onion, and pizza sauce. Stir in mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese one handful at a time, stirring until cheeses are melted before adding the next handful. Ladle fondue into bowls.
